Boundaries

AwarenessEmbodiment

The physical and emotional edges that define safe space — dynamic and personal, shifting with trust, energy, and the quality of contact. Boundaries are not walls but thresholds: a continuous spectrum of "yes," "maybe," and "not now" that must be read through the body as much as spoken aloud. They are both a physical reality mediated by the nervous system and a relational skill that requires as much practice as any movement technique.
