Welcoming all bodies, abilities, experience levels, and backgrounds — the practice adapts to who is in the room. Inclusivity in CI is both a founding ideal and an ongoing aspiration: the form was conceived as democratic, yet communities have often fallen short of that vision. It requires active structural intervention, not passive welcome.
