Meditation

Embodiment

Stillness before movement — arriving in the body, quieting external noise, and tuning into breath, weight, and gravity as the preparation for contact. Meditation down-regulates the nervous system from daily activation to a state where subtle physical signals can be clearly received. It is the first act of every session: establishing that this space values slowing down, and that each person has time to arrive at their own pace.
